Return policies for goods is as follows:
* Items can be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition within 14 days of purchase for full refund* (regular priced purchases only), exchange or store credit. Any item purchased on sale or as part of a Shop Belle special offer/promotion can only be exchanged or a store credit issued. Clearance Items are final sale only and can not be returned or exchanged, no expections.
* Item can be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition between 15 to 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
* Returns beyond 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
* The cost for shipping the exchanged item will be covered by Shop Belle, LLC. (Continental US only). Buyer covers the cost of shipping any goods back to Shop Belle, LLC.

We make every effort to ship every order as quickly as possible. Shipping usually occurs with in 24 to 48 hours from placement of your order Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship all orders complete in one package. We ship orders Monday through Friday using FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

We ship to Australia and the United Kingdom and many other iternational Destinages using Priority USPS with tracking for a flat rate of $25 USD - no minimum order required.

Layaway is easy and there are a couple of options. Please note, layaway orders are non-refundable. All payments must be made with in 90 days of initial purchase. If a layaway order is cancelled in full prior to shipment or returned there will be a 20% cancellation fee or the total order. Layaway options are:
* 2 payment plan includes a 50% deposit. Enter code LAYAWAY50 at check out. The final payment of 50% will be due within 90 days of initial order. Shop Belle will coordinate payment via PayPal upon initial order
* 3 Payment Plan includes a 35% deposit. Enter code LAYAWAY35 at check out. 2 additional payments of 33% and 32%, respectively, will be due within 90 days of initial order. Shop Belle will coordinate the payments via PayPal upon initial order.
Shop Belle works for our customers, if there is a style that isn’t showing the size you want please email email@example.com and we will be happy to work on getting the item.
Shop Belle offers an amazing selection from our wonderful brands and designers but sometimes we may not have selected a specific item that our special clients would like to have. We are happy to work with you to get any item from our existing list of designers. However, as a small boutique there are certain policies regarding Special Orders for items that the Shop does not have stocked. Please note, the Buyer will be charged for all Special Order Items upon confirmation of availabilty from the designer. If the special order item is not stocked in the Shop Belle Inventory List it is a final sale item and can not be returned. If the special order item is stocked by Shop Belle, the item may be exchanged or a store credit issued.
Buyer may be asked to cover the shipping costs from the designer to Shop Belle.
Our gift wrap services are complimentary, when you choose the gift wrap option you can select white or pink ribbon and leave a message that will be hand written and sent with the gift. We will also mail you a hard copy of your invoice and provide a gift reciept in the gift pacakage if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept COD, money orders, or personal checks. Sales Tax will be applied to orders in the State of Pennsylvania, shipments to destinations in Pennsylvania are charged the appropriate sales tax.
Sales tax is only added onto accessory purchases, such as belts and hats for items sold to shipping addresses in Pennsylvania. Clothing items will not have sales tax added on. Please note, Pennsylvania sales tax is 6%.

Shop Belle seeks out high quality, heirloom clothing. Please be sure to follow the specified care instructions for each garment in order to retain the beauty of the clothing. Worth mentioning again, please follow precisely the instructions provided by the designer.A special note from A.Bird: please understand "wash gently, dry gently" also means, spot clean/hand wash, lay flat/hang dry or dry clean.
